How to use
How to use
Pour the powder into a 500ml reusable bottle. We recommend using a funnel to prevent spilling.
Add 350ml of warm water (fill the bottle to about 90%). Close firmly and shake well.
Wait 2 minutes before use. Liquid will continue to gel-ify over the next 24 hours.

Lathers well from small amount of soap. Skin feels clean and moisturized. The pump bottle is attractive and works well.

When you receive it, you have to mix it yourself. I mixed 2 bottles at the same time, with one mixing fine, but the second one glued up to the bottom of the bottle, clogging the dispenser, and as I could not mix it, I had to throw it out. And what a mess it made!
The scent is very strong and manly so my wife doesn’t want to use it.
As the return policy is only applicable to original packaging, I am basically stuck without being able to return it. I wanted to support a local company, but I feel cheated.

I’m sorry to hear about the mixing issue, I know that can be very frustrating.
If the powder gets stuck in the pump, we normally recommend soaking the pump for an hour or two in warm water to clear any blockages. If you're running into difficulties, we're always available to help. Feel free to send us an email to: contact@sustaingrooming.com so we can help you troubleshoot.

I have great hopes for the product. My first shipment came and one of the pouches had sprung a leak. I estimate I lost about half of it, so when it came time to mix it, my proportions might have been off. Seems a bit watery. Hoping the next pouch works better
